Key features

Continuous basement designed to minimise excavation

The single-storey basement car park was carefully designed with consideration to the existing substructure to minimise excavation and disposal offsite.

Post-tensioned floor slabs

Providing column-free apartments and minimise foundation requirements, ensuring future flexibility.

New public realm

The new public park and landscaped areas include extensive vegetated swales, which will enhance the sustainable drainage proposals.

SuDS implementation

Blue roofs, permeable paving and rain gardens reduce the attenuation volume by 31% and the volume of below ground attenuation tanks by 640m³.
