Area was gained by cantilevering floorplate extenders across all floors and by adding three extra floors.
Increased loads without strengthening
Extensive testing and analysis allowed the re-use of piles and for structure loads to be increased by up to 40% without strengthening.
Temporary and permanent works design
Through a total engineering approach, HTS delivered a full integrated temporary and permanent works design.
Using BIM to coordinate design
We produced a full existing structural model at Stage 2 from archives, allowing rapid and informed design progress.
