James Mumford

James is an Associate Director at Heyne Tillett Steel with over 15 years’ experience working on refurbishment, extension and new build projects across commercial, residential and retail sectors. He is an expert in generating value within existing buildings and on constrained sites, maximising their potential for modification, extension or redevelopment.

James is currently working on the high-profile Holborn Viaduct scheme, a 14-storey new-build office on a constrained City of London site, with Network Rail, TfL, Thames Water and listed buildings all as immediate neighbours.
