Dhiren Pankhania

Dhiren is an Associate at Heyne Tillett Steel and has over ten years’ experience within the construction industry, during which he has worked on both new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors. He actively employs sketching to work through complex details and has a proactive stance to solving problems during design and construction.

Dhiren has a passion for optimising existing building structures and enjoys the challenges that they bring. He’s recently been working on a first-of-its-kind last-mile logistics warehouse in Bermondsey for British Land, which comprises a 4-storey stacked industrial hub with mezzanine offices and 20m-clear spans over loading bays.
