Key features

180m² of hospitality space added

A new restaurant space was added above the existing heritage theatre.

Façade retention and integration

The adjacent pub and two rear office buildings were incorporated, with their facades retained and the new structure built behind.

New foundations

New foundations were inserted below the existing dancefloor.

Strengthening existing structure supporting the dome

The refurbished dome area now houses a 60m² bar thanks to strengthening of the existing structure.

Full review of historic plaster ceiling

We conducted a full review of the historic plaster ceiling in the auditorium, which required complete restoration & strengthening.
