Key features

Value engineered thinner floor plates

200mm RC floor plates were adopted, reducing superstructure height through planning-stage value engineering.

Wind-tested core stability design

Offset core and wing walls provide stability; wind tunnel testing confirmed efficient geometry and comfort limits.

Floodplain column integration

Four-storey RC columns land in the floodplain, coordinated with landscape design and geomorphology.
