Key features

Adding 500m² of outdoor amenity space

Lightweight balconies supported by Macalloy tension bars hung from a cantilever crown steel frame create new outdoor amenity.

Strengthening the existing steel frame

Discreet structural strengthening to the existing steel frame has allowed the balconies to be installed on the edge of the building.

Interior refurbishment

The project has been completed to a Cat A finish throughout.

A refreshed identity

A reimagined statement reception area with new external hanging signage and branding updates the building’s identity.

Reducing operational energy

The new balconies reduce solar gain across the building’s façade, subsequently lowering the building’s operational carbon.
