With over 25 years’ experience, Tom is a specialist in adapting and extending existing structures and overcoming the challenges of building on constrained sites, particularly within London.
Passionate about sustainable design and circularity principles, Tom heads up HTS+, the practice’s research and innovation initiative. His focus is on the development and specification of low carbon materials, efficient design, and the re-use of materials.
Tom spearheaded the use of reused structural steel through the Holbein Gardens project with Grosvenor, which won both IStructE and ICE awards for innovation.
