Tim leads marketing at Heyne Tillett Steel, working closely with the Directors and wider team to shape strategic positioning, drive growth and elevate the profile of HTS’s people, projects and research across the built environment sector. With over 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, Tim has held positions at Argent and Related Argent, where he played a central role in shaping the brand and consumer narrative of King’s Cross — one of London’s most significant regeneration projects.

With a background spanning luxury real estate, destination marketing and creative agency leadership, Tim combines commercial strategy with creative direction to position engineering as a collaborative, design-led discipline.
