Stuart Dougal

Stuart is an Associate based in Heyne Tillett Steel’s Manchester office with over ten years’ experience as a consultant structural engineer in the UK. He takes a keen interest in the evolution of a project from concept through to construction, working collaboratively with the client, design team and contractor to realise ambitious project visions.

Since joining HTS, Stuart has led on a number of projects, including the £80m development of St Helens town centre, the retrofit of the Grade II-listed Neptune Mill in Manchester, and the development of new social housing estates across Blackburn and Brighouse.
