Sean Parkinson

Sean has over ten years’ industry experience as a structural engineer and joined Heyne Tillett Steel in 2015. He’s worked on numerous high-profile projects across the commercial, residential, and retail sectors, including both new-build and refurbishment schemes. He’s motivated by exploring different options throughout the design process and is passionate about developing creative and intelligent designs to produce the right structural solution. His current work includes the redevelopment of two buildings, 50 Berkeley Street and 50 Stratton Street, that together form a large site providing 270,000ft² of high-quality office space. He was promoted to Associate Director at HTS in 2025.
