Katy Zareei
Associate
Katy is an Associate Structural Engineer with over 10 years of experience. She joined Heyne Tillett Steel in 2025 from New Zealand with a wealth of expertise in various materials – most notably the design and analysis of steel, reinforced concrete, timber, CLT and masonry structures.
Since joining HTS, she has led the delivery of three mixed-use residential and retail apartment buildings as part of the St Giles Quarter Development. Known for her all-rounded approach and attention to detail, Katy consistently delivers robust, elegant solutions tailored to client needs.
