David Miller

David is the Director of Heyne Tillett Steel’s Manchester office, overseeing the practice and projects throughout the North West and beyond. A chartered engineer with two decades’ experience, David has delivered structural and architecturally challenging projects spanning residential, commercial and educational buildings, as well as sculptural work, galleries and large-scale stage designs.

He is currently leading several significant projects, including one of the region’s first full mass timber office buildings. Always looking out for opportunities to produce an efficient, sustainable design, David takes a hands-on approach by interrogating the fundamentals of every project.
