As Practice Manager, Caroline leads our Front of House team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting our staff across all areas of the business.

Before joining HTS, Caroline spent 8 years as Studio & Social Value Manager at a renowned London architectural practice, bringing her extensive knowledge and experience of working in the built environment sector to the role.

Proactive and passionate about change and improvement, Caroline takes a hands-on approach to fostering a positive, well-organised workplace and helps maintain the welcoming, supportive culture that underpins daily life at HTS.
