Huge congratulations to Senior Associate Laura Batty and Structural Engineer Emily Exford on completing pedElle, Club Peloton’s annual women-only bike ride raising funds for Coram and Cyclists Fighting Cancer.

This year’s 3-day, 450km cycle took them on a beautiful tour through southern Poland’s hilly landscapes and cultural heritage from Kraków to Sienna.

Laura and Emily raised an impressive £2005 between them which goes towards the event’s overall £40,000 fundraising goal. Funds raised will be distributed between several charitable projects, all transforming the lives of vulnerable young people.

This year, the funds aim to:

  1. Buy 3 specially adapted trikes for Cyclists Fighting Cancer
  2. Pay for 3 adoption days for Coram
  3. Support 20 vulnerable families with 6 weeks of parenting skills training

A massive thank you to their key sponsors Madaster UK, Cleveland Steel & Tubes Ltd and Heyne Tillett Steel.
