•2027 Graduate roles
Our graduate roles for 2027 are open for applications
We’re looking for talented graduate structural and civil engineers to join our London and Manchester teams in 2027.
Applications are now open, head to our Careers page to apply.
From day one, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting, high-profile projects while being part of a forward-thinking, dynamic team that values fresh perspectives.
At Heyne Tillett Steel, we believe exceptional careers are built on a foundation of opportunity, challenge and growth.
As part of the HTS team, you can look forward to:
- Weekly company meetings – where graduates are encouraged to present their ideas to the wider firm
- Real responsibility from the outset – we trust our graduates to make a genuine impact early on
- Ongoing learning and development – supported by internal initiatives designed to help you grow
Applicants should be predicted to achieve a first or 2:1 Engineering degree and be able to work primarily from our offices in either Hoxton (London) or central Manchester.
“HTS is a place where graduate engineers can grow incredibly quickly and learn a huge amount about the world of construction. You’re thrown straight into real engineering problems and technical challenges, and given plenty of opportunity to take ownership of design work from an early stage in your career – which is such a rewarding experience!”
