NLA Civic Centres - Reimagining Town Halls Webinar

Senior Associate, Jonanthan Flint,  spoke to at the NLA's Civic Centres - Reimagining Town Halls Webinar, on our Walworth Town Hall project with Feix & Merlin Architects and General Projects.

Jonny's presentation had a key focus on the project's rich history and the iterations in design from the 18th century to today, the impact of the 2003 fire and how we are senstitively retaining and restoring a landmark building in Walworth.

He spoke alongside a series of professionals across the built environment, including:

  • Benjamin O'Connor, Director of the NLA
  • Ali, Project Director at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets
  • Elizabeth Parker, Principal Consultant at Lendlease
  • Mark Rintoul Senior Associate, RSHP

They discussed how to balance commercial, cultural and community needs when restoring historic civic spaces.
