We have 7 of our projects shortlisted in the Architects’ Journal AJ Retrofit Awards 2023.

In the Workplace up to £5 million category:

• 10 Exchange Square by Coffey Architects

In the Workplace £10 million and over category:

• Technique with Buckley Gray Yeoman and General Projects
• The Bailey with Orms
• The Gramophone Works with Studio RHE
• Sycamore House with Owers Warwick Architects

In the Cultural and Religious building up to £5 million category:

• St Michael's Church, Fulwell with Malcolm Fryer Architects

In the Hotel, Retail and Leisure category:

• KOKO with Archer Humphryes Architects
