A refurbishment project with Morris + Company Architects of an existing Grade II listed former Victorian wool warehouse building, to create a modern office environment.

Key Features 

• Works completed whilst the upper floors of the building were fully occupied by multiple tenants, requiring careful consideration to the phasing and logistics

• Structural openings created through existing wide masonry spine walls to link office units together, with structure designed to be in keeping with existing

• Structural opening up works within the reception and a previous loading bay, to improve flow of people through the building, including heavy steel beams
