The refurbishment and extension of an existing 1960s building to provide enhanced office tenancy ideally suited to flexible working. The lettable floor area will be increased through an additional storey at roof level for plant use, modification of the internal structure to create interconnected floor plates and conversion of the existing basement car park to offices.

  • Retrofitting of over 450 penetrations through all concrete encased beams to allow for upgraded horizontal services distribution
  • Demolition of ramp and infill with a new floor to create new atrium

  • Construction of an additional lift core with structural alterations and strengthening of the transfer beams layout to suit
