A new-build commercial development replacing a demolished 1970’s office in Islington, the new building having larger floor plates and additional floors. 

Key Features 

• Six storey exposed reinforced concrete framed construction with special finish.

• Existing piled foundations reused and strengthened.

• Precast columns and facades used to speed up construction.

• Stepped rear terraces requiring a series of transfer slabs.
