3108 - Soapworks Masterplan

A new masterplan for the old Colgate soapworks south west of central Manchester. 3 floors and new stair and lift cores will be added to an existing factory building plus construction of a new 11-storey multi storey car park, 33, 17 and 10 storey residential towers, a timber framed long-span pavilion and extensive hard and soft landscaping across the site.
