- Design of the temporary works for full façade restraint, including gantry over street and back propping through building and meeting the requirements for Network Rail sign off.
- Formation of basement, including cantilevering over railway arches, underpinning existing walls and founding new structure on raft foundation that is acoustically isolated from groundborne vibration.
