Redevelopment of 100 Shoreditch High Street, formerly the site of the Ace Hotel, the principal intervention is the addition of Oriel Windows along the front elevation to improve the quality of the light and wellbeing within each hotel room.

Key Features:

• 48 Oriel Windows installed to the front elevation providing unique views of Shoreditch High Street.
• New corridor to the rear to enhance the servicing arrangement of the hotel.
• Overhaul and refurbishment of the main plant equipment to consolidate within a new rooftop enclosure.
