Millennium Bridge House, an existing office building located in the City of London is being extensively refurbished to provide a low-carbon commerical development with additional retail units at ground floor level. Occupying a prominent location along the River Thames, the completed building will provide unparalleled views to the river, St Paul’s and the City.

• Removal of the existing building cores
• Existing floor plates significantly extended to increase the internal floor area
• A feature steel frame designed to cantilever above the public walkway
• Blue roofs installed to reduce the surface water run off by fifty percent
• An engineered timber structure will form the new roof level
