Construction of a new residential property on the banks of the River Test in Hampshire. The primary structural skeleton will be framed in green oak, with loadbearing timber stud walls and simple softwood joists and rafters. Cladding consists of handmade roof tiles, shallow clay bricks and black charred timber boarding.
