Winchester

Refurbishment and extension of an uninspiring 1970’s private house in Winchester. The existing internal first floor plate was removed to create a double-height living space, The key intervention was a new contemporary timber-framed extension, which skewers the existing building flank and continues down a full length corridor with frameless glazing over.
