Kodak House located at 65 Kingsway, an existing Grade II listed Art Deco office building was previously in use as Kodak’s original London headquarters. The building will be remodelled and retrofitted to provide a high-quality workplace with an improved entrance, roof terrace, new lifts and upgrade the building fabric to improve energy efficiency.

Key Features

• Demolition and replacement of the 1980s roof extension to upgrade the load capacity with steel beams and cross laminated timber panels
• Re-coring the existing building and constructing two new exposed concrete stability cores
• Column removal to open up the existing floor plate
• Column strengthening to the original 1920s rivetted steel sections
• All works to be undertaken with three live tenants
