Extensive refurbishment of an existing commercial building in the City of London. Installed through the heart of the building, a new feature staircase has opened up sightlines and created a new physical link connecting across the office floors.

• Eight-storey feature stair within existing atrium space
• Adapting/strengthening of existing structure to accommodate feature stair structure/landings
• Complex and confined lifting strategy for erecting feature stair
• Demolish and re framing of existing ground floor slab to allow for stair to run down to lower ground floor
• Full office refurbishment for BCLP
