Key Features

  • An exposed storey deep feature truss installed at first floor creates a double height column-free entrance.
  • The existing structure was extended vertically by adding 2 storeys and horizontally to straighten the façade and create external terraces.
  • Along the façade a series of fully glazed ‘pods’ cantilever to extend the floor plate further.
  • The existing stair core has been relocated to make the new floor plate more efficient.
