Comprehensive refurbishment of Dolphin Square, a 1100-unit residential complex in Pimlico. The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the northern wing to provide a new ten-storey building with two basement levels, single-storey rooftop extensions to the retained and refurbished wings and a new row of townhouses to the Western Carriageway.
