This project involved the substantial refurbishment of this 1980's part RC, part steel framed dockside building to create approximately 120,000 square feet of new office space.
The works included re-coring the complete building over the full height and column removal to the central grid and façade to create a double height entrance space. A new atria and a roof terrace were also introduced.
Within the steel building large galleried floor plates were in-filled and large sections of the steel frame reconstructed to achieve a more unified structure between the buildings and improve on services intergration.
