Key Features
- Single-storey timber frame superstructure, comprising 17m span portalised glulam frame, with CLT & timber joist roof
- Founded on a reinforced concrete raft floating over original burial site, work was undertaken in collaboration with Museum of London Archaeology and English Heritag
- Eaves overhang up to 5m from the timber-studded, brick clad external walls
- Complex repair & reuse of existing drainage, damaged by historic ground movement from significant surrounding protected trees and burials
