1136 - Borough High Street

HTS have completed 201 Borough High Street with architects Stiff + Trevillion. The newly completed six-storey refurbishment involves a rooftop extension to an RC framed commercial block, creating an additional floor of flexible workspace, for serviced office provider The Office Group. 

Key Features

• An existing 1980s RC framed building with waffle slabs.

• A new roof top extension was installed to provide an office floor on the old plant area and an accessible roof terrace at two levels. 

• A steel frame with a CLT slab solution was adopted to create a lightweight addition to the existing building and be delivered in small sections via a hoist due to the tight site perimeter and access limitations.
