Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed house, including lowering the current basement level and creating a new four level basement as well as constructing new extensions to the back of the property and roof.
Working together with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s planning office and conservation officers, HTS provided detailed designs for the excavation, temporary works and construction techniques for the new structural elements.
The project involves extensive alterations to the existing frame to complete the current excavation abandoned in 2008.
