A new high-quality workplace designed by architects Bennetts Associates. The building is constructed from glulam beams and CLT slabs to deliver an efficient and sustainable structure. A number of innovative solutions are proposed for the scheme including blue roof SuDS strategies and sustainable timber framing.

• Nine storey timber superstructure with a competition winning architectural aesthetic.
• An efficient engineered timber solution with concrete foundations and cores to optimise the timber structure.
• Sustainable design with a total embodied carbon of 185kgCO2e/m² with an additional 166kgCO2e/m² stored by the timber elements of the structure.
