The refurbishment and extension of an existing six-floor plus basement 1950s building, to a seven-floor plus basement office development and complex temporary works scheme.

Key Features:

  • Existing tapered RC propped cantilevered slabs to be re-supported off the new PT slab extension.
  • Reconfiguration of the existing lift and stair cores and removal of existing internal columns.
  • Two-storey extension over the existing car park, extension of the floor plates and additional floor added.
  • Creation of a new double storey front entrance atrium.
  • Exposed CLT roof and roof terrace.
