Najib is a chartered structural engineer with 11 years’ civil and structural engineering experience, during which he has worked on an array of architecturally important new builds and structurally challenging refurbishment projects across various sectors.

Najib’s experience includes residential, commercial and educational buildings where his engineering problem solving skills have been particularly valuable in resolving highly complex structural issues.

Najib enjoys the challenge of working with leading architects and finding the best solution appropriate to both the building and the Clients’ needs.

Najib began his career at Atkins following graduation from University College London in 2004 where he stayed for 2 years.  Najib then worked for Thomasons for 7 years before moving back to London joining Heyne Tillett Steel in 2011 where he became chartered and was made an Associate in 2013.
