Daniel has an enthusiastic, methodical and engaging work ethic and works hard to create a highly personal approach within a project team and enjoys being a part of complex, challenging and unique schemes.

With 12 years’ experience, Daniel has worked on a wide variety of major projects within London and the South-East including large-scale redevelopment of existing structures, new-build private sites and the adaption of complex existing structures. 

Daniel undertakes a keen role on all projects he has a role in and endeavours to produce smart, thought-out and engaging solutions. His current project list includes Dolphin Square, which is a redevelopment and extension of an existing pre-war residential building in Westminster, London; Wellington Hotel, a refurbishment of existing 4-8 storey buildings, which have recently been used for office, residential, retail and restaurants, into a new hotel in Covent Garden, London; and Woolgate Exchange, proposed substantial refurbishment of an existing steel-framed office building within the City of London.

Following graduation, he has spent 10 years working in London, working for both Waterman and Elliott Wood. He passed his chartership exam in 2019.
