University of Winchester’s new landmark development is underway and work is progressing on site. We recently celebrated this construction milestone with a traditional ground-breaking ceremony and were accompanied by University Vice-Chancellor Professor Joy Carter; Osborne CEO Andy Steele and Chancellor of the University Alan Titchmarsh.
The £45m new development, which will be built on undeveloped land within the West Downs site, adjacent the Grade-II-listed West Downs Centre, will provide first-class teaching and learning facilities, allowing the Universities masterplan to come into realisation.
