We are delighted that our project at 52-73 Wilton Road, designed by MATT Architecture, has been approved for planning by Westminster Council.
Varying in height between four and six storeys, the proposed 12,250m² scheme will provide a mix of housing, office and retail. Embedding low-carbon strategies within the design, the scheme will be built using a hybrid steel and CLT structure.
