Last week, we held a Wellness Week in our London and Manchester offices, to help brighten up the last few days of January.
We had a range of activities to focus on both our mental and physical health.
We had a breathing workshop held by yoga instructor Lucie Norris, a bootcamp held by Better gym personal trainers, talks on mental health and nutrition for staff to attend, as well as chair massages and other activities throughout the week.
All talks were streamed for our Manchester family or those working from home.
