We are delighted that two HTS, The Standard and 160 Old Street have been recognised with a RIBA London Award.
Commenting on The Standard the judges said 'Reconciling the wishes of the local community with the client’s requirements, the solution demonstrates architectural ambition and design intelligence'
Commenting on 160 Old Street the judges said: 'The decisions to retain the structure, minimize applied internal finishes, and model the operational energy accurately are applauded. Coupled with the careful detailing of the façade and the active, public-facing pavilion, the final result is surely an exemplar of refurbishment for the long-term that others should follow'
