We are delighted to announce that The Standard has been named as a national award winner of this year’s Civic Trust Awards.
The awards recognise projects which demonstrate outstanding architecture, planning and design in the built environment and which improve the quality of life for local communities. We're proud to have worked alongside the team on the complex redevelopment of this iconic Brutalist building.
Commenting on the scheme, the judges said: “The Standard is the result of the successful reuse of an existing building that was earmarked for demolition. It is evident that the character and use of space has emerged out of the original building”.⠀
