Alongside Grosvenor, Stiff and Trevillion and the wider project team we're working on the conversion of Newson’s Yard - a historic timber yard in Pimlico - into a new retail arcade and residential units.
Work is underway on the two concrete frames to form the residential part of the development, as well as the sensitive restoration of the Victorian timber yard for future retail use. Works are due to complete in summer 2022.
