We’re proud to announce that planning permission has been achieved for Spaceworks, a commercial development located in Ealing.
Designed with Hutchinson and Partners, the proposals comprise over 235,000 sq.ft of high-quality, flexible workspace with an enhanced public realm surrounding the site.
To achieve the client’s aspirations for a large-scale commercial building on the existing site, the building will be developed in two phases, ensuring tenants can remain in the building throughout construction. The first phase will see half the existing building demolished and extended to create enhanced working areas. The building will then be extended further to increase the internal space.
