A large party from HTS visited the Mount Pleasant and Rosebery Avenue site close to our new offices in Clerkenwell. The installation of the new 6-storey stability frames is well under way, which have been designed to allow existing masonry walls to be removed, providing large open-plan office spaces at each floor level and supporting the new 7th storey. The proposed refurbishment and extension will create approximately 32,500 sq ft of new high quality office space and 3,650 sq ft of high end residential flats.
