Lower James Street Wins at BCO Awards 2018!

 

We're delighted to announce that Lower James Street has won a 2018 BCO award for Projects up to 1500m2.

Our refurbishment project at Lower James Street with Halebrown Architects and Collins Construction provided an additional mezzanine level with a new CLT prefabricated cranked roof over, strengthening to the existing floor plates, and reconfiguration of the existing core.
