Lower James Street gets planning

We are delighted to announce that our project at 8-10 Lower James Street, with Hale Brown Architects has been granted planning permission.

The existing office building will be refurbished with a change of use at ground level to accommodate a restaurant, a new mezzanine floor and an exposed CLT roof.
