Our scheme to redevelop the existing run down 1960’s shopping centre close to Basildon in Essex for Swan Housing Group has been granted planning permission. The design will now progress with construction anticipated to start on site in early 2018.
The proposals designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards and CF Moller Architects involves the creation of 88 new build CLT freehold houses, 136 residential flats split over five blocks, a new high street with retail units, a new NHS health centre and extensive public realm works.
